Cameron whole-heartedly believes in the transformative power of Yoga. Having received certification to teach Hatha Yoga in 2002, he has been passionately sharing in his search with students ever since. My early morning essentials are tea, 10 minutes meditation (or even just 5 if I’m pushed) and 10 minutes of yoga. This is my minimum “me-time” requirement and essential to get through the day.
